Natty’s Jerk will hold a soft launch at Good Things on Canute Road, with customers able to sample a limited menu ahead of a full opening.
Food will be served from 5pm to 9pm on Friday and from midday until 9pm on Saturday.
During the launch, visitors can choose from a selection of box meals and Pon Fries, with the full menu set to be introduced in the coming weeks.

A spokesperson for Natty’s Jerk said: “We could have waited until absolutely everything was finished. But we thought, why wait to start feeding Southampton?
“So this weekend, come down, say hello to the new crew, grab a Box Meal or some Pon Fries and be part of the beginning.”
Customers will be able to dine upstairs at Good Things, while work continues on the main downstairs dining area.
The business said: “This isn’t the finished Natty’s Southampton, this is just the first taste.”
