Management of food safety means that systems or checks are in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, there is evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future.
It means that of Eastleigh’s 70 takeaways with ratings, 45 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
